Services

Datametrix offers a number of services. We can offer proactive surveillance of networks, health check-ups and preventive maintenance. Moreover, we offer a Gold Agreement which includes hardware and assistance at predictable costs. If our customers have high levels of in-house competence, it is possible to enter into an agreement of defect hardware exchange. If our customers desire access to Datametrix’ competence, we offer a preparedness agreement. For large customers, Service Management may be relevant. This type of agreement includes one dedicated person in the Datametrix organisation, who will have the overall operating responsibility for the solution.
Maintenance
Maintenance of networks is a demanding task which Datametrix can manage to perfection. Outsourcing of maintenance often entails reduced costs, improved efficiency and higher quality for our customers.
Surveillance
Datametrix can monitor customer networks from a separate surveillance centre. We supply statistics, and perform upgrades, configurations and error tracing. We have developed a separate surveillance system for proactive surveillance of networks and network-associated components. In most situations, this system will react before downtime occurs, by monitoring components with an IP address.
Support
Datametrix offers support for anyone who may be in need of assistance, including companies who have not purchased services or equipment earlier. The service is staffed by engineers from our technical department. The Datametrix telephone support service will answer most questions regarding networks and communication.
Procject execution
Datametrix has a separate project department specialising in project execution. We are more than willing to assume project responsibility, and have demonstrated our ability to execute complex projects on several occasions. We ensure that all participants comply with time and budget frames, and that communication flow is optimal. Datametrix operates in pursuance of recognised project methods with good operating systems. In some projects, the project manager is involved from the initial sales process until delivery has taken place. In other situations, the responsibility is transferred to the project manager after the contract signing. Some projects may last for years, while others last for shorter periods of time.
